UltraGrad is a patent-pending enhanced Omega 3 ingredient containing Pizzey's MeadowPure flaxseed and OmegaPure's higly refined,bleached, and deodarized fish oil. UltraGrad contains ALA, EPA, and DHA Omega 3 in a free flowing, easy to use, easy to store dry ingredient that delivers incredible stability and fortification without compromising the taste or aroma of your finished products.

As little as 1.8 grams of UltraGrad per serving provides sufficient Omega 3 for a Nutrient Content Claim such as "Excellent Source of ALA, EPA,and DHA Omega 3". Pizzey’s MeadowPure® Flax provides a molecular and physical barrier to the "oxidation prone" double carbon bonds within the long chain fatty acids EPA and DHA. This creates a highly stable, excellent tasting Omega 3 Ingredient.
